Greetings from Brazil!

Last week I got a green bbt (commum, not the dwarf) and it arrived with some little white spots on its tentacles and on the disc! Does anyone know what is it and how can I remove/cure it??

I tried to take some pics, but the quality isn´t the best... so I put twice image with indicators of where some spots are...

Any help would be great! :D

Thanks

Well, I do hope that´s the natural color. I´ve seen several BTA but never an anemone with those white spots. Anyway, thanks for helping!

The white spots are common. I've seen some anemones that are covered with them. My bubble tip anemones have a few white spots on them. Here is a picture so you can see them.

Thank you for the answer, I was very worried about the spots, but now I see that´s normal.

By the way, you have wonderful anemones... :hmm3:

Unfortunately, here in Brazil is very difficult to find those RBBT! And when you find, is extremely expensive, so it´s very rare to find a RBBT in a brazilian tank.

yes i have a rbta that has the spots as well. It has been growing, and it seems that white speckling is spreading.

my green bbt has new tentacles growing up, and on the new ones, more white spots... :sad2:

That´s very strange, my dwarf green bbt is absolutely free of spots!

I just hate the spots! :mad2:
