you can use a very large turkey baster to try to suck up and out of your tank. but if you do pop em they will be all over. even using a substrate vac to remove all water around them as you remove not bad idea.
No the super glue wouldn't work. It just wouldn't stick. Get a small diameter tube to siphon the bubbles out while you pick. It's easier and if you do break one it won't be a big deal.
I hate the little things and know that they have took over some people's tanks who are in the DRC. When I find it I take out the rock and chip off that section of the rock and throw it away. Then I rinse the rock off and put it back. It is rumored that Mithrax crabs(emeralds) will eat them, but they may help to spread them around as well.
