green bubble anemone

Turn off the powerheads so he doesn't get blown around. hold him in place for a while and hopefully he will attach. Mine attached right away when I put him in.

I wasn't able to devote time to him last night so he finally attached himself to a rock in the middle of the night, bummer thing is, he did it in a spot i really don't want him, he's at the entrance of the cave but yet sideways, lol. I may have to move the rock around a bit.

I say leave him alone for a few days. He's probably pretty stressed out about the move and you don't want to stress him out anymore. Just let him be and let him decide if that is the spot.

I was doing some rearranging on my tank today and he still hadn't attached himself, I thought he had but he wasn't. After redoing my tank I just left the power head off and put him on the sand and just let him be, figured he'll attach himself when he's ready.

do you have an acclimation box or fish box that you can put it in with a pc of rock?
IMO that's what I would do rather than leave it "floating" around the tank and continue to be stressed out...

He has since attached himself to a rock, however, it's inside of my cave, not a big enclosed cave but in the shade for the most part. He was doing fine yesterday and I target fed him some brine shrimp, however, today, he seems to have an issue, he's mostly closed up and I noticed some brown stuff (goo, slime look) just floating off of him, haven't really found any answers to it so was wondering if anyone could clue me in a bit, is he dying or sick or is that normal from time to time?

That sounds normal. When they do that its from stress of moving tanks. Just let it be for right now. It will move on its own to the place that it finds best. It will move until it gets the right amount of light and flow that it wants. Dont try moving it all you will do is stress it out more and can harm it.
