okay so i got a gbta few days ago but he does this bout twice a day please help is this normal or is he sick

hey Jason, it's hard to tell from the photo but is the mouth opened up wide?

Also, if you could post what lights you have, and what your water parameters are (nitrate, phosphate, alkalinity....) that would help to figure out whats up.

Also his mouth is fully open I could see inside him. I'm using t5 Ho. Two clinics and two whites @ 100000k and 6 lunar leds can't remenber the garage but ill post the link for the specs

How long has your tank been up and running?? Since it's still new to the tank it's hard to tell what's wrong with it. It will take a few days for it to find a spot where the light and flow is right.

Make sure your powerheads have sponge filters on the inlets. & your lights are actinics and 10,000 or 10K

tank looks rather new judging from the rock.

that's a sweet looking green bubble though. esp with those pink tips! gonna look awesome when it settles down.

The tank has been running for a few months but he's doing better he was pooping after. He did that wich lasted like seem forever he plumb right up ill post pics tomorrow he looks beautiful under actinics
