Green Chromis only swimming backwards?

I am hoping someone on here can help as I haven't really been able to find anything definitive so far just searching

I purchased 5 blue/green Chromis about a week 8-9 days ago and they have been in my QT tank

Two of them will swim freely and activity go after food when I feed. One little one would stay in the top right corner behind the ammonia badge, and last night it started breathing heavy and couldn't swim and ultimately died after I took him out and put in a small container with no flow and QT tank water to observe it

I didn't see any signs of lesions or spots so not sure if it was just weak fro the start.

The other two always stay on the bottom back corner and hide behind the sponge filter. They don't appear to be eating much and they swim backwards almost exclusively

Here is a video of them I just took where they are in a specimen container

Any ideas of this is some sort of parasite that I need to be concerned about ? I don't want it to make it into the display of it is and I have a few other fish that are doing fine in the same QT and wanted some second opinions before I try anything to stress the healthy fish and make sure they are clean

Are they all the same size? No missing scales at all? White patches? For whatever reason my phone won't load the video

The two that are acting funny are the larger than the two that swim around normally

I can't detect any missing scales or spots on any of them, that is what has stumped me. I don't want to introduce urenoma (if that is what they might have?) into the display that could be carried in the wrasse or anthias that are in the same QT

Have you used any prazipro? Meds can affect appetite

Green/blue chromis have a high mortality rate. Either from poor collection or improper handling. It seems they do not ship well either.

After watching the video they just looked stressed out. Chromis usually back into a hiding space. In that box there is nowhere to hide.

Thanks for the replies.

I did dose prazipro a few days ago and maybe that is why they weren't eating. Makes me feel a lot better that it's not some nasty parasite. I'll keep watching them in QT as they still have another 3-4 weeks in there anyway

Thanks again guys

Do you have multiple hiding places in the QT? Each Chromis needs it's own place to hide, particularly at night and they will fight to the death to defend their own. It is one of the biggest reasons it can be difficult to keep several in a tank. Add some more PVC elbows and fittings if there is a lack of hiding places.
