Green Eye Merulina

I purchased a green eye merulina from the local LFS back about 4 months ago. It is growing but its white body has turned a dirty beige color. The eyes are still bright green. Was wondering if it is my lighting. I run a 6 lamp T-5 HO system. As stated, it is growing but the color has changed. Just wondering if anyone has some insight or reasons. Thanks

Mine has changed color to beige/neon green as well. I've tried giving it more light... less light... made no difference. Interested to see what other people have to say on this as well.

Merulina doesn't have "eyes"

I think brown and green is it's normal color, it it's white I'm guessing it's bleached.

When I got my frag it was definitely a much paler tan, and had nice fluorescent green eyes. It has kept the green very nicely, but is growing incredibly slowly. Is anybody's pale/tan or are they all brown?

I've implied that your coral might not be Merulina

How about posting a pic of your coral?
