Guys I need help.
I have a 54 gallon Bow.
Sump, live rock, I vodka dose 4.5 mls daily.
my nitrates have jumped back up recently and
of course the green hair algae came back.
I recently added a few fish easily 2 months ago. I think i may be overfeeding for one, and i also think I just may have to many fish in the tank.
2 clowns, 2 firefish, fairyWrasse, Yellow Wrasse, Orange Wrasse,
Cardinal, Blenny, Black Wrasse. I think that is all of them.
I am resorting to 20 gallon water changes weekly.
Less Lighting. less feeding.
But here is my big question, how do i know if i am underfeeding.
My nitrates are running between 20 ppm and 40 ppm. My phosphates are running around .1 ppm.
I am trying a new phosphate reducer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
