green hair alge

i have some green hair alge on my live rock. is this good or bad? if bad how do i get rid of it?

usually due to some excess nutrients. Try to figure that out.

A couple good mexican turbo snails will gobble it up. Amazing what those lawnmowers will do.

GHA is bad trust me get a phosphate reactor and that will help with the excess nutrient removal, along with RO/DI water changes. Turbos are a temp fix, but a good one none the less.

Test your parameters, Im gonna bet you have high nitrates. Post results after testing.
