I have had this colony for a while now but have never gotten an ID on it. Any suggestions?

Thank you guys.. I will try another pic today. It is such a vibrant green, it sticks out in my tank big time.

It reminds me of my chesterfiledensis.

Not Chester.Chester has thicker branches & more freequent rounded coralites.

That is one beautiful coral, however, it is certainly not A. chesterfieldensis. First, the axials are only a bit larger than the radials. In A. chesterfieldensis they are at least twice this size and clearly dome shaped, a bit like in A. sarmentosa. Second, the radials are strongly appressed in your coral, which is untypical and more closely resembles A. valida or A. azurea. Are the openings on the radials round or do they vary from round to nariform?

I picked up a pink-red-rose frag yesterday that may be similar, but is too young to tell. The colour really excited me as reds and deep pinks are rare in Acropora. You have a treasure there!

Still a tough call, but A. tenuis seems most likely. The radials appear scale-like and the form is corymbose to caespito-corymbose, in other words a branched, flat cushion. A. selago is similar, but not as densly covered with radials, while A. donei will eventually form a table and get quite large.

Your corals are looking great!

Thank you Jamie for the ID and the compliment :) I am sure that everyone appreciates your input in this forum!!!
