Green Nepitha propagation - how hardy?

As the title states, how hardy are they when cutting? Can they be chunked like a toadstool leather coral or should I stick to snipping individual branches? can I take the whole colony off of the top of a 1.5 inch thick branch and have the base survive?

Thanks in advance for any contribution.

Mine are almost impossible to kill. I have ripped them off rocks to give away and have had them grow back from the remains. Cutting them apart doesn't even slow them down.

Just like a toadstool - leathers ime are impossible to kill. I typically cut the stalk/branch off close to the rock and the stump/base grows a whole new colony if left unchecked (pruned)

Do these corals griw fast?
Yes, so far the nepitha has outgrown both a teal finger leather and two toadstools given even time. To be fair it is getting blasted with both flow and light so it has some advantage over the other leathers.
