green ricordia injured

i just noticed I originally posted my question on the newbie section

i had an emerald crab help himself to a few of my green ricordias
he stripped a few almost clean and they are mostly a "fleshy" mass at this point

are these gonners or can they come back?

anything I should do, aside from getting the crab out which I already did

some people frag their rics by tossing them in a blender and dumping the soup back in their tanks. they are incredibly resilient. if you leave them alone chances are they will come back in a few months.
