Green S. haddoni lighting?

I'm setting up a 25g 20" tall species tank with one of these and 2 percs. Its hooked in line with my 77 reef and 50g sump and refugium. I want to put a 14k halide. Would a 70w halide be enough for it? Or do I need a 150W HQI? Will T5 TEK HO 4 bulb work? The tank is 20" tall, but I plan on putting a 4" sand bed so its really only 16" tall. With a 14k bulb, are actinics needed? Tank is 24" long and 12" deep. How big do they grow? Should I use a 30" long tank? Thanks for any help you could give.

Hello, this anemone can grow to over 2' in diameter and the anemone FAQ stickied above recommends no less than 40g for this creature.

It is a good choice as it is one of the hardier species and requires less intense light than some. Find a bigger tank and go with t5s or MH.

Maybe opt for a different kind of anemone, like a bubbletipped or a miniature carpet anemone?
