I was told that a shorter photo period would increase color in sps, I was wondering if anyone had experienced this, and how much light can an sps actually absorb in one day? there has to be a stopping point.
Never heard of photperiod affecting color. Bulb temperature (color) and lack of nutrients (nitrates and phosphates) influence color the most IMO.
It would be interesting to see if the photoperiod does have an affect though.
