Green Star Polyps problem

My green star polyps have been growing on my back wall since i setup my tank in June 07. I love them being there and they have always looked very healthy until a couple of weeks ago. They are starting to peel away from the glass and they are getting holes in the mat. I don't know what would have changed lately. I have not added any livestock or really changed anything. It has been a while since my last water change and my bulbs are probably in need of replacement but what would cause this and what can I do to prevent total loss?

Have you tested your water yet?

If so, post your parameters. If not, test and then post your parameters.

wow...you managed to kill them? that's an achievement to some reefers

anywho, back on subject.....sometime my GPS would close up for a week and looks like they are dying....but they always sprout back.....sorry this probably isnt much help

I managed to kill all my GSP...lol...but that was the bryopsis' fault! Now bryopsis is gone, I don't want any GSP! They have killed some of my beautiful zoos that I no longer have!!!!
