nice beby one i just got one two.never seen that color but im sure some one has.i worry about cutting that off did you fill the bottom piece still connected with some putty or glue cause things can get threw that honey comb septa and attack from the inside i would think or hope not.mine base is long like a half pencil but i have a dsb so i just stick it down keeps it nice and steady and i only have one mouth on mine so i have allot to go.he looks like he is still getting used to youre tank mine was real small getting bigger every day.love's vitamin soaked mysis.i also dipped mine so he doesnt get that dredded bacteria infection from light or whatever causes it .i like youre's indaviduality.mine is going in his own tank soon after i see he is fine and growing i will set the tank up.going to be a lagoon tank he will be center with seagrass some scolly and open brains blasto all cool lagoon corals and fish 40 breeder maybe a nice carpet nem on one side and the elegance on the other.these are the best looking of the lps it just sucks they are so hard to keep.im hopeing on these nano's to be the ticket being so small and adaptive they havent been in one place for so long and thn having to readapt like the big ones.we will c.if not i will get another frag from my friend he said he is fragging the monster again or we call it that its huge 8 years old doesnt even look like a elegance annymore its a huge round ball of tentacles but the colors are dull the brownish red ones unique though.i might put a couple up foe sale on the sales thread here for him when they heal.
