Green Toadstool Leather LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY?

Hey guys, still trying to stick w/ the easy stuff to take care of... as far as the green toadstool leather is concerned-do most people have success w/ keeping these guys? Are they more difficult than the regular toadstools?

I just want to make sure I got all my bases covered

All leathers are considered an easy care level, some are more picky than others but are a great beginner, easy coral. Careful, if you have good lighting and water perms, it can grow fast.

I can only tell you from my experience. I have 4 leathers in my tank, the 4th and most recent one is a green toadstool. All my others leatehrs do very well, but for whatever reason, my green toadstool rarely seems to open up and has shrunk some. I don't know why. I heard they were the same care as the others as well.

I run T5 Lighting, he's in a good flow spot. I moved him around a couple of times, but he just doesn't seem to be doing nearly as well as my other leathers. It might just be the one I bought. I bought him about 5 months ago.

Just thought I'd pass along my experience with them.

With the exception of the yellow ones, they are all pretty easy. Moderate flow and decent light is all they require. Just remember they can take weeks to settle in and adjust to a new tank, so don't be alarmed if they don't open for a while or shed a few times. The main thing is to put it where you want it and leave it. If there's one thing that makes them unhappy it's constant moving and handling, which is usually the response from the worried hobbyist.

I have two toadstools, one of which is neon green and it's doing really well. To me it hasn't been any more difficult than my other toadstool. I bought it a few months ago on from someone RC as a small frag and has grown a noticeable amount. I just have the Nova T5 fixture and it's on a frag plug down in the sand.
