I think that is a type of gomezi. Green acros can handle low or high light, where blues def prefer high light.

Sortof looks like a Humilis to me but not sure.. If so I'd start off low and move to the middle.

But if I'll place it in low to medium light,it will still retain his color?

I have two 250W 10K Reeflux + two 54W Aqua Science actinics.
Tank height is 20''.

That depends on more factors than just placement. Nutrients, lighting, current, water parameters can be identical from 1 tank to another and the corals will look different...
