greenwater food

Hello I have been culturing greenwater for two months now, and I have a question:
What is a good food for the greenwater that do not contaminate my reef tank?
I am adding half liter each day of greenwater to feed my corals..
I do not want to rise the phosphates and nitrates of my reef.
anybody using greenwater to feed your corals?

What are you feeding it now?

I'm not to knowlegable on this subject, but if you just feed it a small enough amount of the food and give it enough time to grow, in theory it should absorb them all before you feed it. If anyone is smarter than me and has a better answere, feel free to chime in.
