Grim, quick T5 Q

I just received my T5 bulbs that were included with my TEK 4x54w fixture. They are Catalina bulbs 2x 10k & 2x 420nm. Anyone have any experience or test results on these bulbs. Are they worth even putting in the fixture, using temporarily or good to go the full year?
