Group buy on inverts ... check it out

Some people mentioned at the meeting that they hadn't seen the thread with Mike and Danielle's great group buy prices on inverts. I figured I could start a new thread and explain a few things.
First, these prices will only be available THROUGH C-SEA.
Also, there will be a cutoff time set to avoid any last-minute confusion and allow Mike some time to collect all the critters we need from however many suppliers it takes.
If you want to place an order visit THIS THREAD and compile your list. Then total it up and multiply by 1.075 to get your total with 7.5% sales tax. Then PM the list to me so I can turn it over to Mike. You will have to make payment to Mike and Danielle on your own (they will accept credit cards over the phone or cash if you are brave enough to mail it or arrange a time to stop at the shop and pay.)

The items will be bagged and packed up for each member for the October meeting. They will bring your items to you. This is a very generous offer since there is a bunch of work involved for those guys and the prices are just enough to cover the cost of the critters and bags.

I hope everyone appreciates the efforts of The Coral Shoppe and lets Mike and Danielle know we are glad to have them as a part of our club.

So, get those orders to me BEFORE 5 pm FRIDAY or you will miss out.

Just a reminder... I haven't received any orders from anyone since posting this. I know I spoke with at least two people that wanted to get some items. The prices will be good only on orders placed before 5pm tomorrow. Last chance to get in on a good deal.
 
We will be away this weekend, so please leave us a message on the answering machine or an e-mail and We'll get back to you Sunday night or Monday. Also we have not recieved payment from several people who were supposed to call with credit cards. Please do so by next week or your order will be scratched, unless alternative means are arranged.
 
Hey there. I would like to add another Peppermint Shrimp to my order please. I was told that for them to get rid of aptasia, you need a few of them, and I only ordered 1 with the first order. I had told Mike that I would pay for the item with $$$ at the meeting, if that isn't ok, let me know, and I will call my credit card in over the phone. Thanks
 
Chelos's big sis that's fine. We'll add another peppermint shrimp. And yes we had alsready made arrangements with you for payment at the meeting.
 
There has been a scheduling conflict with The Coral Shoppe and the October C-SEA meeting. Mike and Danielle will not be able to attend. I have offered to go get the critters from them before they leave and bring them to the meeting myself. The only issue with it being done this way is that they will not be available to collect payment from those who haven't paid for the items yet. If you made arrangements to pay at the October meeting and don't mind paying by credit/debit card please give them a call to prepay for the items before the 20th. If you must pay by cash at the meeting then I will collect it and get it to them but I would prefer to not have the additional confusion of tracking who has paid and who's money is in my pocket.

They will still be bagging the items for each of us and have names on the bags. Don't forget to bring your coolers to keep these critters warm on your way home it is October and temps will be dropping. They will be in styro boxes before the meeting but after that it is up to you.

We are also going to be offering 6 frags of a nice lime green Montipora spumosa, from a maricultured colony for the Coral of The Month.. This is a real nice beginners montipora, pics of the mother colony will be posted on the C-sea site as soon as I get all the info. to Amy the websmaster. Frags will be $20.00 each and will be approx. 1.5-2 in. in size. They will not be fresh cut, we are clipping them tonight and gluing them to floral pics so they should be well established by the time of the meeting.
 
How would everyone like frags of our ORA Royal Blue A. Tortuosa instead of the Green monti. spumosa?? I was informed that the spumosa was recently spread around among everyone in the sps ring here in cleveland and that there might not be much demand for it.

Please let us know by tomorrow so we can get frags going of it. They will be about 1/2"-3/4" in size and priced at $30.00 instead of the $45.00 we usually sell them at. Money is to be paid to C-sea not to us. It will be available as a pre-order item through the C-sea.org website once we get all the info. to Amy. Just let us know ASAP as to what YOU guys from the club want.
 
Guys, this will be first paid gets it. I have requested that Amy try and set something up on the C-sea website for payment so that only the amount available can be paid for. If we have to we'll do it through our website. There is only 4 frags of the Tort avilable. I'll be posting a pic shortly. Also there is such a demand I'm going to do the Monti. spumosa also. There will be 8 frags of that available.
 
OK Mike is about to get the critters ordered for this buy with a Thursday or Friday delivery. There are some people who haven't paid at all or have some minor mistakes in math and still owe a little bit. The names of the people that still have ANYTHING owed are listed below. This is not to say you haven't paid anything it is just saying that there is an outstanding balance and PLEASE call to make payment today or Wednesday if you would like your items ordered.

If you want to pay cash then PLEASE PM mike and let him know you will pay at the meeting. I will collect the money and turn it over to them if needed. Do not assume that the items will be there for you unless you have made arrangements BEFORE the meeting.

Don't forget Tom (vanna) for picking it all up and bringing it to the meeting.

I was happy with my purchases and have already spotted an emerald working on a spot of bubble algae :)
