jason I wanna buy a blue linkia star but infor sheet on them on live aquaria say they are hard to care for. I have heard they are easy to care for. do you have any input? I may get one.

Well I've never owned one but I know several people that have them. I've heard they have a history of living for awhile and then dying, so it's hard to say one way or the other.

I've had a blue linckia close to 2 years, but I also have 130lbs of LR. There are very few survival rates and I for sure wouldn't buy one without seeing it first.... especially online with low temperatures. Even when live goods are professionally packed by LA, the heat packs still don't do that great of a job. Often times the water temperature will only be 65 degrees from my experiences. If you want one, find one at a petstore and make sure they have acclimated it properly and have had it instock for at least a few weeks.
