Growing GSP on bare bottom tank

Any tips on getting my GSP to grow on the glass of my bare bottom tank? I was curious if I should peel small sections and glue them in various spots of the glass bottom or just place them on the glass and turn the circulation pumps down so they don't blow everywhere till they attach? Thanks

Peel away a strip, or wait for a finger to star growing off a rock. Glue on the back, and it will stick.

I never see my hermits or snails going across my GSP, so if you do decide to do this I would recommend blowing the detritus off of the GSP on the bottom with a power head before water changes.
