Growing out my liverock in the backyard

Hey,
I've decided to move 2 or 300 lbs of live rock into the back yard to get some natural light. I'll place it in a location where it will receive partial shade and minimal direct sun. With 300 gallons of water i suspect my temps might hit 90 in the heat of summer. If the water is constantly topped with Kalk solution do you think I'll have success?
Any recommendations?
I could work out a fan of sorts for evaporative cooling, but with the humidity here were not talking a huge difference...

I have read alot about doing this and have yet to try it. From what I have read everyone suggests to put a blue colored tarp over the rock to help shade it and to give it a blue spectrum.

I spoke with my buddy Philip Root and he mentioned that it will get too hot here in the peak of summer for coraline to grow. The next three months will be fine though....
I was only looking to color it up a bit so I'm not deterred.
I will keep everyone posted as to my success.
