My GSM pair finally spawned. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish and I watched the whole thing. It was very cool to watch. I looked at the tank and saw that the nem was abnormally shrunk up for the time of day, and the clowns were doing this weird dance with eachother (reminded me of when the tangs jockey for position and are trying to push one another out of the way with their tails) The clowns were also picking at the rock next to the nem which is weird because I dont ever see them picking at rocks. Then the female started laying her eggs and the male would go over to the eggs as well and tend to them. Within 30 minutes they were done and there looks to be a couple hundred eggs. I'm not going to try and cultivate this batch but I may try to get some stuff together and raise some fry in the future if they start to spawn on a regular basis. Btw, big mama is about 4" and lil papa is about 1.5" and they have been together for about 4 months since he was introduced into her tank. He only had white stripes at first but has since started showing some gold in his stripes
