GSP and low light

Hey guys,
I was wondering if a 23 watt spiral 6500k energy efficient daylight bulb with a white 'reflector' can keep some GSP alive for about 3 weeks while I wait to get a PAR 38 bulb? FWIW, this is the same type of bulb I have been using in my reef to grow macro algae. The GSP would be about 15 inches from the light pointed directly at it.

For the last 5 or so months, the GSP has been slowly "withering" away in my 90 gallon reef due to very very low nutrients (0.0 phosphates - hannah - and 0.0 nitrates - salifert - ).
I have a 20 gallon long frag tank that I have set up that has everything ready to go except the light which will be a rapid LED 12 LED PAR 38 bulb. It has already completed it's cycle and actually has some nitrates (around 10 right now).

Thanks!

Depending on the height of the tank, it should.

I kept GSP alive for a few months in a 40 breeder refugium, which was lit by two 23 watt bulbs. In my case I think it would have even thrived if it weren't fighting with the algae all the time.
