GSP still purple after cyano outbreak will it comeback

Had a massive cyano outbreak. Had to resort to red slime remover to get rid of it. The GSP were covered for a while and stopped extending for a few weeks. The cyano is now gone the mats are still purple, Cyano has been gone for almost 2 weeks, water changes done. Params are good. Do you think they will bounce back or should I pull the mats out.

I'd leave them in. GSP are a tough resiliant coral, some would even say a pest In my opinion and experience they will definately come back!

As long as they are still purple, they are alive.

I love GSP as long as you isolate it. I had an epic Aptasia outbreak that covered it for weeks. I left it in. A MONTH later it was back, good as new.

Unfortunately my gsp is gone. while blowing debris off the rock work today, It basically denigrated. Now all I have are a few mushrooms and some Christmas tree worms. It was doing so good before the cyano took over. Now I need to find some more.
