Hi everyone - looking for some help with new frags.
I recently converted by FOWLR into reef. First time reefing in a few years. Added some basic LPS frags about two weeks ago. Xenia and yellow parazoanthus are both thriving. Both open and flowing. Xenia pulsing. My GSP though was only open for about a day or two. And then during a top off, they closed right up and haven't opened since then. It's been at least 10 days. Yesterday, I moved the GSP closer to a powerhead to see if more flow would help and nothing has been different.
My alk was up to 14 on my lest testing. Not sure what's going on there. I don't want to dose any all reef since it would probably send the alk higher.
Any suggestions?
