One of my red spot cardinals developed bilateral pop-eye. There is no way I can catch this fish in a 125. I am down to 2 options here. Figuring out a way to treat the fish in a fully loaded reef tank or letting the fish waste away. The good news is the fish is eating with a full appetite. I was thinking if I can somehow get the antibiotics into the fish it would help. Do you think I can add some antibiotic powder to a cup of brine shrimp? Will the brine shrimp eat the antibiotic and then I can feed the fish the gut loaded food. I was trying to get some of the Dr's G's antiobiotic food but it is not available anywhere here in NJ.

Just an FYI, most people deal with popeye by doing a couple large water changes and the problem goes away on it's own over a week or two, possibly up to a month.
Popeye is almost always related to water quality. Even though it looks "good enough" to you, something is awol in your parameters most likely.
Just my 2 cents... I'd do 2 to 3 30% water changes over the course of a week or two (or if you're confident enough in your water change process, I'd just do one big 50% change) and I'd suspect it clears up in no time. I'd much rather do that before medicating my tank. Even if it's just an antibiotic.
