130 without a doubt. I use one on my 90 and I can not turn it up all the way.

+5 for the 130.. There is a lot of power in this thing. You can easily throw water out of your tank if you don't put under the water line low enough.

Have you had any issues with the wiring degrading in the saltwater or the blades breaking?

Just make sure you have enough space between glass and overflow box.
