I'm working on a new build that will be a 74 gallon tall cube - 24x24x30.
My plan is to keep this as simple as possible, but not skimp on quality equipment.
I have a requirement to automate feedings when I'm on vacation or traveling for work.
Is it possible with the Gyre Advanced controller to set the cycle times to have a very low flow at a set time, or just turn off for a set time?
My idea is to set the Gyre to slow way down around a set time, then have my auto feeder also drop food at a set time within the window that the Gyre is slowed down.
I think this is possible, based on what I've read or saw videos on, but I can't find anyone doing exactly what I want to try.
I know the Gyre has a feed mode - but it's hard to press a button when your not at home!! LOL I've been considering an Apex - but hoping to just avoid the expense for now if possible.
Thanks,
eric
