H. Crispa MAD- Flatworm Exit Question

So I dosed Salifert Flatworm Exit last night. I've dosed in the past with no issues. This evening, while I was working on hanging my new lights, my Sebae decides to take a walk onto a powerhead. I promptly removed it to the fuge.

Coincidence? Anyone else have this issue?

I did see some small brittles and asterinas that looked like they died from the treatment, and while I'm not positive, my almost 3 year old Brittle Star looks to be near death. All corals and fish are happy.

I promptly performed a 20% water change. I'm also running GAC. Any input would be appreciated.

Flatworm exit will effect / kill most brittle and serpant stars for some reason. Every time I have used them they have wiped out most of my populations.

Not sure about the anemone. Sounds like just chance that happened imo.
