I went and picked up the male yesterday and it looks like it is pregnat the belley is very big. He eats some not as much as the females. He stays hooked to a rock on the bottom were he rests his belley on. Does this mean the belley is just to heavy or is there some thing wrong. He does swim every once in a will but stays on one side of the tank. And if he is pregant how long untill babys. And he never lays down allways up right.

What you are describing could be the later stages of pregnancy IME. How ong exactly for your guy, not sure, but I bet it's within a week.

Cubman20, did you QT him? All livestock should be before entering the display (especially since other horses were already in there) Just know for next time......................

He came from the same tank at the lps that i got the females from. All thats diffrent is the females are black and the male is white black and yellow. they all came together to the lps at the same time. is that ok.

Your situation should work out ok. However, for next time or whenever you get any plants or animals, it's a good practice to QT every single one. That way, you can spot symptons and treat them before the disease or anything enters the main tank. Hopefully, it'll work out fine for you.
