H&S vs Deltec?

Can anyone input on this?
Reliability, quality of build, skimmate, etc.
I'm a little more familiar with the Deltecs, and plan to get a MCE300 for my 24 gallon, but might want a skimmer for around 60 gallons down the road. I don't know much about the H&S skimmers after my friend mentioned it to me.

yeah they are both skimmers but Deltec uses better pumps...

better than Eheim needlewheel? Hmm , at around 15lpm I dont think it gets much better than that.

Of course there is an option between aquabee and eheim... but I know the eheims are just about the best needlewheel I have witnessed.

yeah i have eheims on my 702.... and the needle wheel is custom to deltec.. i hear it a good thing...

they use exact same pump & needlewheel, but H&S uses better acrylic material. fragfarmer sells them.

I just got the new eheims for my euroreef 12-2 and I can't believe the difference. Not only are they quiet but the skimmate produced is noticeably significant.

I believe they're the same pumps? I thought "needle wheel" referred to the skimmer type?
