Seems that both Clarkii will use the haddoni because when I cleaned the glass with the mag-float, they BOTH dove in like the world was ending.

Waiting for the holiday week over before placing an order for my macro algae (c. prolifera) and a small CuC.

i really like that last picture of the pair and the haddoni. im looking forward to this system developing!

side note: your clowns are a variety of a. bicinctus often referred to as pearl eyed spotcinctus.

I was under the impression that the easiest way to distinguish clarkii from bicinctus was the 3rd white stripe near the base of the tail. A 3rd stripe, which both of these fish display, would indicate a clarkii. If I'm wrong, please correct me...nothing more embarassing than not really knowing the proper ID of the creatures you care for :)

Haddoni is really starting to stretch its "legs" and stretch out.

Short video:

After the video was shot, I fed a little frozen food and the clowns are both feeding the anemone. Such an incredible relationship to witness. Guess I don't need to do much feeding from here on out :D

About a week or so ago, the haddoni went on a climbing adventure. Like, up and over the false back wall, into a filtration chamber and got some of its pedal stuck in a MJ1200!! Was not easy to remove from either the chamber or the pump but I was able to do so without causing further injury. It took about 3-4 hours for it to bury its foot again but it has been staying put (learned it's lesson?) ever since. It healed quickly and is readily taking small bits of food. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and saw no sign of the haddoni at all.....

Never thought I'd have to make a top screen for a "jumping" anemone.
