I have a 6 inch haddoni carpet new to my 92 gallon bowfront corner tank. Had him about two weeks now. Initially it was beautifully full and looked very healthy. I fed it some small pieces of shrimp after about 5 days. He took it nicely. Gradually it has been deflating and it seems this happens at peak lighting. Nights under moonlights it's full and beautiful. Kinda puzzling. Also feeding lately it grabs on to the food but then after a few minutes lets it go. It's attached nicely in one place on the bottom glass under my sand which is about three inches just under a ledge of live rock. I light my tank with an LED chinese model IT2040 , which has been a great light that Reefbreeders sells at around 80 percent blue power. I find it puzzling that late evenings under the moonlights it looks beautiful. It's mouth is tight for the most part. It seems to have times when the mouth is elongated but tight, and others round and tight. Any ideas of what's going on here. It has not hosted my tomato clown.
