Haddoni hiding for a week

I have a red haddoni for 1 year in my old 55g. Recently I've upgraded to a 100g tank and transferred it over. It was out for 3 days then now hiding for a week under an arch.

Its the under same lights which is Kessil 360W. The only thing different is I'm using gyres now instead of tunzes but they are not directly blowing at it.

The water specs are:

0 Ammonia
0 Nitrites
20 Nitrates
0.68 Phosphate
1.025 SG

Both nitrates and phosphate are higher in my old tank but these shouldn't be a reason for the anemone to hide? The only reason I can think of is the lights but they are the same ones and setting.

Thanks Daniel,

Should I tilt the arch to expose the anemone to the light partially?

Also regarding flows, if flow is always changing, how does an anemone ever get acclimated to it?

as a Haddoni owner, I try my best to not mess with the flow.

If I'm cleaning the glass, I don't touch the powerheads.
If I take off the powerhead to clean, I make sure the glass is dirty enough so I can place the powerhead at the exact original position.

any tiny changes could result in Haddoni moving a little.. I would just leave it be and let the Haddoni find its spot.. or just find the newest low flow spot and plant the carpet there

your flow shouldn't be always changing.. random flow is not changing it. it's when you move the powerhead or switch powerheads that disturbs Haddoni
