i'm setting up a drop off tank with around 130-140g total water volume.. im thinking of buying a hailea HC-300a or a teco tr20? the hailea is 2nd hand (1 year old) while the teco is brand new. The teco is 3x the price of the hailea. which should i buy? is the teco more energy efficient than the hailea? i am currently using my resun cl-650 on my 50g.. and it consumes a lot of electricity.
