Hair algae or bryopsis?

Is this just green hair algae? Or is it something I need to worry about?

+1 on that one....I've been looking at that species for 7 years...lol

pull it out gently and put it in a cup of water and take a really close up pic. My advice is if it is bryopsis and if that is all of it you have, just remove the entire rock. don't scrub and put back in just remove the rock. Seems overkill, but with byropsis its worth the loss of a rock to make sure bryopsis is not in the game.
