hair algae

had an outbreak of hair algae a few weeks ago . tank is only 6 months old & i know this is commonfor new tank. algae is definetly on down swing now , just have sand bed covered approx 50 % and some rock along sand bed. what is best way to get rid of rest of algea. i have done 2 water changes this month and have also added a refuge. tank is 120 gal

pulling it out by hand is best. each time your hand comes out of the tank dip your empty hand in fw before going back in to kill all spores on your hand. that paired with w/c should work
