Hair worms good or bad?

I have a hair worm. (I think) It looks exactly like this picture:

Is this a good hitchhiker or a bad hitchhiker?

Good. The eat detritus & break it down even further for the benefit of flter feeders in your tank as well as help keep the tank clean.
