Hairy Crab Please Help

I just found a small hairy crab in my 5.5g tank. It's on a lare piece of live rock that's coverd in holes and zoos. I heard that it's a good thing to take this guy out of your tank. I also heard that they might even eat zoos. My question is how is the best way to get the crab out of my tank without hurting my rock and zoos....What should i do??????

if there is a bit of open space you could put another rock with lots of holes that it may go and investigate and then pull out the rock. or you could put in a net with medium size holes that it could get its legs caught up in. put a small piece of fish or other shellfish meat in the net to attract it after the lights go out and keep checking it. or my most effective method : patience (usually runs in short supply) and a very large knife with points on the end. have dispatched mantis shrimp and crabs effectively.

ive heard you can tip a glass against the rock with some bait at the bottom. the crab climbs in and then cant get up the sides. just my two cents...
