Halfblack angel fish nipping my other fish?

This guy has been nipping at my yellow coris wrasse, possum wrasse, and black saddlebacks. I don't know what his deal is but after a while when he gets bored of swimming or grazing he'll come up to a fish and try to nip its tail or tries to scare it off.. Any idea if this will continue or if it will stop? Normal temperament of the fish? Is there any reason to worry?

So far it's the largest fish in there besides the engineer goby that's probably a good 10". Yellow coris is the largest after the angel and coming in close to the wrasse is the female saddleback. All fish are fed well to keep them fat and healthy

i dont know as my 1/2 black angel is very peaceful
