I have to thank you for the recommendation. Joseph has been great to deal with. I placed a pretty big order, to include new T-5 lights, a Neptune Apex Light, etc. After I placed the order, he realized that my Apex was on backorder. Since I needed it right away, he cancelled that portion of the order, no questions asked. Plus, he sent me a return shipping label for the PH probe.

And to top it off tonight, I received my order and when I put in my new bulbs, one of them didn't work. I emailed him asking if I could send it back and again, no questions asked, has one in the mail.

I highly recommend them. Their customer service is top notch.
