Hamilton and Pump electrical question

OK so I'm wondering how much it would cost monthly locally from PG&E to add an Ampmaster 3000 and Hamilton 4 foot MH with 250 watt ballast firing 175 watt bulbs and Normal Flourescent bulbs.
I'm worried about adding a huge pump and light to my tank
