hamilton PC lights wont come on

I have a hamiton lighting ballast retrofitted to my canopy. After the lights went off last night I heard a pop about 20 minutes later and the lights won't come on now. It sounded like a light popped. I have put the lights out and plugged them in one at a time and all that simplistic stuff. Is there a fuse inside the ballast? I know zero about electrical stuff so any help would be appreciated.

I had one of my switches upgraded from 5 amp to 10 amp after I had a similar noise. It seems to be working better.

generally bad ballast or bulb. If its more than 1 PC light and they both quit probably bad ballast. The ballasts are not too bad if you call Hamilton for replacements. They have always offered good service when I called also. Levi
