I put a couple of pepermint shrimps in to try and get rid of some apitasia. The other night I saw there was one of the peps up on the branches of the hammer. Today I saw that there was a little spot on the hammer that was not inflated all the way and could see under the umbrella of pollyps and the pep was in there.
Do you think that the pep is hurting the coral, could it be eating the coral? Should I try to keep it out of there or get rid of it?
I actually think it is pregnant. When I bought the shrimp you could see the eggs inside. When I looked at the shrimp today I saw the eggs again and they seemed bigger.
Let me know what you think I should do about the pair, break them up or leave it alone. Thanks
