Hammer Coral Dying?

I have lost one head and the second one is showing sign of dying as well.

My parameters are:

11 dkh
Sg 1.025
Ca 440
Mg 1330
Nitrate ~ 5 ppm or less

I have had it for 4 months but this started happening right after I added a purple pseudoshromis...could she be the culprit?

I'd start fragging and dipping so it doesn't spread. I doubt the fish had anything to do with it

Ok. I will give that a try.

But what would have caused this?

It got bumped, or high flow tore flesh? Other critters? Then one head gets brown jelly and the infection spreads rapidly.

I recently had this happen to a torch. Sometimes you just don't know how or why.
