Hammer Coral is dying

It's been 10 days brought new Aussie hammer coral from LFS. Now it is looking like almost dead hammer. Only change you can say is, it got some direct moderate flow for few hours during adjusting the new wave maker. Placed is under moderate light, less moderate flow. Params are below -

NH3-0
NO3-30 (struggling to lower this number)
PO4-0.02
Tank: 110 Galon with Yellow, Sohal, Purple, Desjardini, Regar tang, Maroon Clown pair, 3 Madder Seaperch, six line wrasse and diamond goby. Running Skimmer, Refugium, Phosphate reactor.

Is there any chance to make this hammer survive??

Do you have any other corals in the tank? How are they doing?

If you haven't already you might want to look into Brown Jelly Disease. I'm not sure if that's the case here, but those wall Hammers just aren't fairing too well these days for whatever reason. They look good for awhile and then BOOM! A slow decline...

I would be more concerned about the amount of tangs in that size tank

I'm a total newbie, but I have noticed that my hammer coral is pretty sensitive to nitrates- almost like a canary in a coal mine. The other corals are doing fine, but the hammer starts looking a little bad and sure enough, the nitrates are high. 30 seems a bit high based on what I've heard.

You may find it helpful to dial that nitrate back to say 5ppm.

Others like bubble, Daisy, Acan all are doing good. I have issues only with Hammer and Torch. I lost the torch in same way few months back.
No idea what is happening with them.

Actually I am struggling a bit here. Have tried with Auqaforest Np Pro and Pro Bio S but seems those are not working. Previously used NOPOX and get some good result but that is also not economical in long run.
Any suggestion to get rid of this much nitrate?

Some people dose vinegar which is not expensive, some vodka, unless your in Canada where No Pox is Cheaper the vodka.

Maybe try the stickies on vinegar dosing and amounts, I only use no Pox.

Also, try to cut back on the nutrients you put in the water (feedings).

If you use any canister or HOB filter, keep them clean weekly.

When I had my nitrates get up in the 30-40 range, I doubled my water changes (to 2x a week) and that did the trick pretty fast. With a larger system, it isn't easy, but I have a 125 and it was doable.
