Hammer Coral Question

Good Morning Reefers,

So i'm new to the hobby of reef keeping and I have a question regarding my Hammer Coral.

I just noticed these two "heads" or "dark spots" on the stalk of my coral, I may be paranoid or perhaps this may be normal however since this is new to me I figured I would double check. Its not moving (trust me, i sat there for about 20mins watching lol) so i'm not sure what it is..

Any advice would be appreciated,

Probably some algae. You'll see a lot of pink and brown blotches and spots everywhere as the tank matures; mine looks like camo all over the downflow box.
