Hammer corals losing color

I have two branching hammer corals that have been in my tank for about a month now and they are slowly losing their color. Thay have full polyp extension and look very "fat", they're just losing color. This tank has only been up and running a few months but it was fully cycled before I moved the corals into it.
I have them placed on the sandbed in a standard 125 gal tank. My lights are four 39 watt T5's (460nm) and three 250 watt Radium metal halides. I run the T5's for 12 hours a day and I only run the Radiums for 4 hours. Do you think this is a lighting issue? Too much or too little light?
My parameters are:
Ca-500ppm
Alk-8.0 KH
Mg-1400
Salinity-1.025
PO4-0.08
NO3-0 (undetectable)
